2. Not all the fox fur is covered on the whole upper. Different slippers enjoy different fox fur in size. But the normal size should be 4x11cm. And 0-0.5cm error is acceptabe.
3.Considering of the parcels pressed during the shipping, we kindly suggest our customers to blow the fur for minutes under a hair-dryer or fan after they received the slippers. Then they will become fluffy naturally soon.
